Generally, when Ark plays a tough opponent after a bye week, they don't do well. This season, we have no idea which team (good Ark or bad Ark) is going to show up. I'm predicting Tex blows out Ark, but if Ark comes to play and Tex comes in overlooking the Hogs, who knows.

Yea I had tickets to see them in Little Rock, but they crashed on the way to Baton Rouge I think (then LR was next). Still sad about that.

We've had some good years. Yea, we've been down a while. If you look at other sports, Ark represents the SEC well. Won't always be like this.

During the game they talked about Nussmeier sitting for 2 years behind other QBs, waiting his turn. I was impressed he stuck it out. Most players would have transferred out.

Congrats on the win. LSU easily handled us.

Loved that game. Loved watching Georgia beat Texas. Kind of takes the sting out of our poor showing against LSU, but, LSU flat beat us, they were the better team.

Congrats LSU, Arkansas' mistakes didn't help, but that didn't matter. LSU is the better team and just plain ole beat the hogs.

I watched TEX/OU last weekend. Texas is good, but I saw a team capable of having a bad game. Tex may drop one, but only one, and they will be in the playoffs.

I have a gutt feeling Tex will drop one. Don't know who. Maybe a team we don't expect.

I get that Tex is really good, but honestly, they have yet to play a really good team. I'm not on the Tex hype train yet.

I think there's a good chance Ark may end up 7-5. But I can see why they give us 6-6. Ark has to prove they can play good consistently.

I watched the TEX/OU game, and Texas is very good, but I don't see them as being unbeatable.

If Ark had an offensive line and could stop all the mistakes, they're 5-0 right now. They're losing these games by a close score, despite the problems. I wouldn't be so quick to predict a Tenn blowout.

Tenn should beat Ark, but ya never know. If Ark can limit mistakes and Tenn has a bad game, Ark will take it. But, Ark has yet to prove they can play mistake free football.

Yea, I get that, Arky fans are looking forward to basketball season.

1. Why didn't they run the ball more. I saw a few possessions where every play was a pass. Green seems quick to bail out on a play. He makes some good plays, it's like we can see the potential, but when it's all said and done he does more harm than good.

Inconsistent play seems to be the norm for college football now. I see it everywhere. Never know from week to week which version of a team will show up. Well, except us hog fans. We know AR will play well at times, make plenty of mistakes, and probably lose.

Arkansas fans love going there for games. Great stadium and very nice people.

Who really knows what kind of team Ark has. UAPB is not much better than a high school team. Ark blowing them away means nothing.

FedEx was founded by an Arkansan and only set up in Memphis because the Little Rock airport isn't big enough. (That's what I've heard)

I'm so glad Petrino replaced Enos. I'm glad anyone replaced Enos. I knew last season was going to be bad the minute I heard Enos was hired.

There are some who say that Cal has always had an interest in AR, whether there's any truth to that, who knows. Cal's leaving a program where half the fans wanted him gone.....same with Muss. Sounds like everyone just needed a change.

gary420 you may be right. But, I don't know who else AR could get. For the moment I see it as a win for AR. Time will tell.

Right now, I'm thankful for baseball...

Finding SEC affiliations in all this is silly. I mean, Burrows came over from Ohio State, so should they get some credit for LSU's title?
