He wouldn't have seen the field for at least 3 years at Auburn. May be the same at Ole Miss.
They are only paying Harsin and Freeze's contract allows the payoff to be done a "payment" plan.
Yep. Fire him and lose at least half of the 2025 class and a lot more in the portal.
Auburn may have the youngest roster if you count starters.
Freeze will be back if they don't win another game. Next year he will be on the hot seat if they start this badly again. They will get a portal QB this year.
They were 3rd in the country right after the Deuce Knight flip but have only added one 3* since then. LSU and UGA passed them when they added 4 and 5 star. They are back where they were before Deuce. LSU and Auburn both have the same number of commits and Auburn has a better average but is below LSU. Don't know why.
I was accepted to 3 SEC schools but chose Auburn because I wanted to be a Veterinarian and have been a fan since 1964.
Auburn has 0 SEC wins. So you are saying they beat UK and Vandy and lose to ULM? Certainly possible since ULM is 6-1.
You think they really attended Alabama. Most of their fans are sidewalk fans.

Alabama may have the youngest roster but Auburn has the youngest starters. Multiple true freshman start for them.
The 5 automatics are the Big 12, Big Ten, ACC and SEC champions with the highest ranked group of 5 champion. That leaves 7 at large entries. Why shouldn't the SEC get 3 or 4 teams including the conference champion, in the playoffs?
If he would stop throwing INTs, it would help.
What constitutes a blue chip? 4 and 5*? Just 5*?
It was meant the way it was said. They broke on the long TD pass but didn't give up a lot of yards between the 20s.
If he wants to go to a program in free fall, more power to him.
Thorne made AU's line look worse than it was by holding on to the ball too long. I am not saying that they are good, just not as bad as they looked.
NM State had a good QB, now at Vandy, but NM doesn't.
The Auburn NIL collective has the money, Freeze just didn't want to spend it for some reason.
I don't think it was his fault that the right tackle got hurt. I also don't think the turnovers were his fault. However, he had this same problem at Ole Piss. His teams play better opponents close but lose to people they should beat.
As bad as the Auburn loss looks like now, I wouldn't necessarily blame it on Freeze. The defense was absent in the first half but played really well in the 2nd half but all the turnovers caught up with them. What you can blame on Freeze is not trying to get a better QB from the portal. Thorne's first 2 interceptions were not his fault(the first one went through Coleman's hands and the 2nd one was because his arm was hit as he threw it) but the last 2 were just bad throws, though Freeze said the 4th one was due to Thorne expecting the receiver to run a list instead of a go. Now if Freeze was calling the plays, you can blame him for trying for long passes when the Auburn o-line was struggling in pass protection.
"as the Tide scored the final 21 points to comfortably win 35-16" Alabama won 42-16.
I agree. As an Auburn alum, I hate to see them be so bad but they are maybe a top 75 team but not top 25.
