I've seen reporting from solid sources such as Franz Beard of Gator Bait that Stricklin knew about these allegations BEFORE extending Golden's contract. Also that it's been pretty common knowledge around town that Golden has carried out multiple extramarital affairs with young, college age women during his time in Gainesville. Under normal circumstances, this would absolutely spell the end of Scott Stricklin. But will interim president Ken Fuchs pull the trigger? Given what we've seen recently at UF, I would be surprised if Stricklin is let go any time soon.
