Georgia AD Josh Brooks questions ‘consistency’ of CFP rankings
If the CFP committee doesn't factor in a team's strength of schedule, IMHO, that renders the CFP committee decisions invalid and indefensible.
Bwahahaha!
I'm guessing it's something between the ears - he doesn't have a grasp on the playbook.
I hope the crowd is as loud as it was last year. Dawgs are gonna need all the help they can get.
For me UGA at -10.5 is a head-scratcher.
I see a banged-up RB room, a banged-up O Line, a depleted WR room, and no sense of urgency from the offense.
I think our defense will have to bail us out.
I think a Dual-Threat quarterback is what Kirby prolly would prefer. It would a fantastic supplement to the running game.
This update does not sound encouraging.
Wuzzup Leghumper?
Wuzzup StLGator?
I still feel that an 8-Team format makes the most sense. And yes I understand that under this format, UGA would probably get left out [unless they blast UT (a top-10 team) out of the water].
I anticipate some blowouts with the 12-Team format but, alas, I'm sure it all comes down to revenue as the motivating factor.
If the RebSharks continue to play like they did last week, y'all should be a lock.
No. 6 Tennessee vs. No. 11 Georgia.....
What's the O/U on turnovers by UGA?
Kirby tried to get that done.
Money > Kirby's wish on this.
You just described UGA.
A couple of websites have UGA with the hardest schedule.
Gonna be the same next year but at least we get UA, UTa, and Ole Miss at home. UK too I guess since they like giving us a hard time.
With all the ineptitude and turnovers on offense, the Dawgs are lucky the score wasn't a reversal from last year (52 points by Ole Miss).
So I'm okay with #6.
I would be tempted to put the RebSharks ahead of UT even with two losses.
I hope Beck gets his three obligatory interceptions out of the way extremely early in the game. That way the Dawgs can settle down and play for the win.
If Kirby ever calls it quits, I would love to get Dan Lanning back as HC.
What's up Leghumper?
What's up StLGator?
When the season began.....
I thought OU, AU and UK would be a lot better.
I thought TAMU, USC and Vanderbilt would be worse.
Y'all should crack the top 10 today.
College Gameday is a clown show.
7. It was a good run, Mark Stoops.....
UK recruiting is kinda heavy on 3-stars. Not sure why the Cats can't attract better players. Is all the NIL money tied up in basketball?
Dawgs better be ready to play. Gators are much improved.
With two starting DB's out for the first half, UF needs to take advantage and score early and often.
If the Dawgs' D-Line is truly healthy again then I'll take the Dawgs in this game.
If the Dawgs get some people back on the D-Line, I would feel better about this game.
Last week against MSU, there was a Mykel Williams sighting and a Xzavier McLeod sighting. Hope they are good to go.
...""The problem is Daylen Everette""...
Yeah I'm having a hard time warming up to #6.
First.
Sorry about that Leghumper and StLGator.
On a more serious note - tough to call the winner.
Alabama prolly has more talent top-to-bottom.
Tennessee has home field and and on paper, a better scoring defense.
I hope they beat the stuffing out of each other.
First.
I know there's some kinda battle going on for first post but just had to jump this one.
Why was Heupel fired as the OC of OU?
Anybody know?
Kinda want to disagree with this a little.
Had that PI call on LB3 stood, it would have changed the complexion of the game. I'm not saying Mizzou would have won the game though.
TAMU was dialed in that day. They were playing with their hair on fire. It's possible no one was beating the Aggies that day at Kyle Field.
Also, since Mizzou got so far behind, they had to throw the ball to have a chance to win. TAMU could drop 7 or 8 and and take away the pass.
ESPN has Cook at #9 so maybe your take needs to be modified.
