I wondered the same. Kiffin actually kind of addressed that in his presser today and it made a lot of sense. He said that with 40-50% new rosters each year, you will see talented teams struggle early in the year and then be playing really well by year's end. Makes sense for sure.

I really liked Freeze at Ole Miss until the scandal that led to his firing, which led to our program being in shambles for the next 4 years or so. Yes, but you act like Ole Miss wasn't good last year too. They went 11-2 and won the Peach Bowl. People can keep saying that Ole Miss hasn't played anyone, but Ole Miss is an uber talented team. They are going to win a lot of games this year and I'm normally a VERY negative fan.

I thought the same. But even if it is week 2 standouts I still have an issue with it. Dart literally just broke a long standing SEC record of completed passes without an incompletion. Not sure how he isn't on the list. But who actually cares?

Have you actually looked at Ole Miss's roster? They have a chance this year. Their roster is talented and deeper than normal. I'm a pessimistic fan normally, but I think year will be a great one.
